Trying to stay regulated when your child is dysregulated can be tough for any parent. In this workshop you will learn actionable techniques that you can use in your daily life, so you can keep your calm while helping to co-regulate your child.

This workshop is led by our Counsellor Beth and will give you a chance to explore different techniques and work out what works for you and your unique family. We want to empower you with the tools needed to support yourself and your child to have a calmer and more regulated home environment.
