This morning, this song spoke deeply to my heart.

There are seasons when we look for answers everywhere, in people, circumstances, achievements, or even our own strength. But sometimes, God gently reminds us:

Seek Me first.

When we sincerely seek the Lord, we may not immediately receive the answer we were hoping for. But we discover something even greater - His presence, His peace, and His faithfulness.

“Those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.” — Psalm 34:10

I’m reminded that seeking God is not just something we do when life becomes difficult. It is a daily posture of the heart.

Before we rush into the day, before we make decisions, before we try to fix everything ourselves, pause, pray, and seek Him.

Sometimes the breakthrough we are looking for is not a change in our circumstances, but a change in our perspective as we draw closer to Him.

Today, my prayer is simple:

Lord, help me seek You above everything else.

Help me trust You when I cannot see the way forward.

And help me remember that Your presence is enough. ❤️

May this song be a reminder to all of us today:

When we seek Him, we will find Him.
And when we find Him, we find hope.

What a way to start the day! 🤩🕷️🎬

Caught Spider-Man: Brand New Day at the 7:50am ScreenX showing in Seoul with my Nat today at 750am.

What an incredible experience! The ScreenX format really pulls you into the action with the visuals extending onto the side walls, it's almost like you're swinging through the city with Spidey! Every seat is a cushioned reclining seats.

After the movie, we stumbled upon this cool gorilla at Mulino... and of course, I just had to stop for a "coffee chat" with him. ☕🦍😄

🌿 Morning Reflections at the Botanical Garden 🌿

This morning, as I walked through the botanical garden behind the hill, nature once again became my teacher.

I saw a trail of ants, a reminder that great things are rarely built overnight. The ants work quietly, consistently, and together, each doing its part without seeking recognition. It reminded me that success in life and leadership is often the result of small, faithful actions repeated over time.

In the distance, the rooster crowed, announcing the start of a new day. It was a gentle reminder that every sunrise brings fresh opportunities, new beginnings, and another chance to show up with purpose and gratitude.

Along the path, I noticed a wild mushroom growing quietly among its surroundings. It reminded me that growth often happens unseen before it becomes visible.

Sometimes we may feel that little progress is being made, but beneath the surface, preparation and transformation are taking place.

And as always, the hill and the garden gave me space to reflect, reset, and listen.

Today's lesson from nature is simple:
-Build with the diligence of the ant.

-Awaken with the purpose of the rooster.

-Grow with the patience of the mushroom.

And take time to reflect, for clarity is often found in stillness.

Nature never rushes, yet everything grows in its appointed time.

Mark 3 reminds us that Jesus never allowed criticism or opposition to distract Him from His purpose. He chose obedience to the Father over seeking the approval of people.

“A man was there with a withered hand… They watched Jesus, to see whether He would heal him… that they might accuse Him… his hand was restored.” (Mark 3:1–5)

Jesus understood what it meant to be misunderstood and criticised. As He entered the synagogue, some were not looking for a miracle, they were looking for a reason to accuse Him. Yet Jesus remained focused on the person in need rather than on the opinions of the crowd.

Knowing their motives, Jesus asked, “Is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do harm?” (v. 4). Their silence revealed hearts hardened by prejudice and judgment.

Despite their hostility, Jesus chose compassion and restored the man’s hand. While critics sought reasons to oppose Him, Jesus remained committed to His mission.

In business and in life, we may also encounter criticism, skepticism, or misunderstanding. Not everyone will understand our vision or celebrate our success. But like Jesus, we are called to stay focused on serving others, bringing hope, and making a difference rather than seeking everyone's approval.

In the LifeWave business, our mission is not to win arguments but to impact lives. Some may question, doubt, or criticise, but transformed lives speak louder than opinions.

As we serve with integrity, compassion, and consistency, we can trust God to honour our obedience and guide the results.

Stay faithful to your calling. Keep serving. Keep sowing seeds. Keep loving people. And don't let the voices of critics silence the work God has entrusted to you.

True faith goes beyond what we know. In John 13, Jesus showed that blessings are connected not merely to understanding truth, but to living it out through humble service and obedience.

"If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them." John 13:17

Many people in Jesus' time knew the Scriptures and heard His teachings. Yet Jesus knew that knowledge alone does not transform lives. God's Word is meant to be expressed through our actions.

On the night He was betrayed, Jesus washed the feet of His disciples, even Judas. Then He asked, "Do you understand what I have done for you?" and instructed them to do likewise. His example reminds us that greatness is found not in position, but in serving others.

Likewise, in our daily lives and in the work we are called to do, it is not enough to simply believe in God's promises. We are invited to become channels of His love, bringing hope, encouragement, and care to those around us.

As we sow into people's lives with sincerity and compassion, we reflect the heart of Christ. Meaningful impact is often built one conversation, one act of kindness, and one life at a time.

May we not be content with merely knowing the truth, but be faithful in living it out. May our lives point people to Him and become a blessing to many.

In Daniel 1, we see a powerful reminder that seasons of loss, uncertainty, and change never cancel God's purposes. Even when circumstances seem to move against us, God is still at work behind the scenes, refining His people and advancing His Kingdom.

"Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came to Jerusalem and besieged it. And the Lord gave Jehoiakim king of Judah into his hand..." (Daniel 1:1–2)

To the Jews in exile, it appeared that everything had been taken away. Their city was destroyed, their treasures were gone, and they found themselves living in a foreign land. Yet God had not abandoned them. What looked like a setback became a season of preparation, growth, and refinement.

Through faithful individuals like Daniel, God demonstrated that His purposes are not limited by location, circumstances, or the systems of this world. In fact, some of the greatest testimonies of faith, influence, and leadership emerged during one of Israel's most challenging seasons.

The same principle applies to our lives today. Whether in our faith, family, health, or business, there will be times when things don't go according to plan. We may experience disappointments, delays, rejection, financial challenges, or seasons where growth seems slow. Yet these moments do not define our future.

Often, God uses these seasons to build our character, deepen our faith, strengthen our resilience, and prepare us for greater impact. Just as Daniel remained faithful in Babylon, we are called to remain steadfast, trusting that God is working even when we cannot yet see the full picture.

In business, success rarely happens overnight. Sustainable growth requires patience, consistency, and a commitment to serving others. While results may not appear immediately, God honours faithfulness over time.

Today, our world faces economic uncertainty, conflicts, and rapidly changing values. Yet God's Kingdom remains unshaken. As we seek Him first, He guides our steps and opens doors according to His perfect timing.

Whether you are believing for breakthroughs in your health, your family, your ministry, or your business, take heart. God has not forgotten us. He is still refining, restoring, and positioning us for His purposes.

What may feel like a setback today could be God's setup for something greater tomorrow.

Stay faithful. Stay focused. Keep serving. Keep sowing.

God's plans are still unfolding, and His best is yet to come.

"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." - Galatians 6:9

1 Kings 3 reveals both the blessing of seeking wisdom and the danger of drifting from wholehearted devotion to the Lord.

“Solomon made a marriage alliance with Pharaoh king of Egypt. He took Pharaoh’s daughter and brought her to the city of David” (1 Kings 3:1).

Solomon began his reign with enormous advantages. Yet soon after becoming king, he made several poor choices, beginning with marrying Pharaoh’s daughter. While this may have been a shrewd political move, it polluted not just Solomon but also the spiritual life of Israel.

He, along with many other Israelites, “sacrificed and made offerings at the high places.” Though Solomon “loved the Lord,” he offered “a thousand burnt offerings” on the “great high place” of Gibeon (vs. 3–4). Even so, God appeared to Solomon at Gibeon in a dream, saying, “Ask what I shall give you” (v. 5).

At the very place where Solomon had made wrong sacrifices, God sought to know his real priorities. Solomon asked God to give him “an understanding mind” (v. 9). This answer pleased the Lord, who gave him wisdom and discernment, plus riches and honour.

When Solomon returned to Jerusalem, he confirmed his dedication with the right kind of offerings, demonstrating that he really would serve the Lord.

Later in his life, Solomon drifted from this commitment. He may have passed some tests, but he failed others.

Every day, we have choices to make about our priorities, influences, and the object of our worship. As He did with Solomon, God will give us tests to reveal the true condition of our hearts. Be sure that we’re seeking the Lord and choosing to faithfully serve Him alone.

🌿🌸 Morning Reflections at the Botanical Garden 🌸🌿

Back to one of my favourite morning rituals, spending quiet moments at the botanical gardens behind my house.

As I walked, I took time to appreciate the beauty around me. Up close, every flower revealed its own unique colours, patterns, and details. No two flowers are exactly the same, yet each one blooms beautifully in its own season.

At the same time, the hot weather has covered the ground with dry leaves. It reminded me that life is a balance of blooming and shedding. While some things are flourishing, other things are being pruned away to make room for new growth.

Nature teaches us that every season has a purpose.

The flowers remind us to blossom where we are planted. The fallen leaves remind us that letting go is part of growth. And each new morning reminds us that God's mercies are new every day.

Trust the process. Embrace the season you are in. Keep growing, keep believing, and keep becoming the person you were created to be.

🌿 Morning Reflections at the Botanical Garden 🌿

This morning, I noticed something interesting.

Ripen mangoes had fallen from the tree. Nearby, rambutan fruits rested quietly on the ground. And not far away stood a tree stump, a reminder that while one chapter ends, life around it continues.

Nature whispered a simple truth to me, not everything that falls is a loss.

Sometimes, a fruit must fall before it can nourish others. Sometimes, a season must end to make room for a new one. And sometimes, what appears to be an ending is simply the beginning of another purpose.

In life, we all experience disappointments, delays, and unexpected changes. Yet, God wastes nothing. Every experience, every challenge, and every season can be used for good.

Likewise, our bodies possess an amazing wisdom. Given the right support, they are designed to renew, repair, and restore. This is one reason I appreciate LifeWave, not because it promises instant results, but because it works with the body's natural intelligence and encourages what God has already placed within us.

Today, may we trust that even in seasons of change, there is purpose. What falls today may become the seed of tomorrow's blessing.

🌿 Morning Reflections at the Botanical Garden 🌿

As I walked through the garden this morning, I was reminded that growth is a process. The trees do not rush, the flowers do not compete, and yet each one blossoms in its own season.

Our health journey is very much the same. The body has an incredible ability to repair and renew when given the right support. Sometimes, the greatest transformations happen quietly, one day at a time.

This is one reason I appreciate LifeWave. Rather than forcing the body, it is about activating what God has already designed within us, allowing the body to do what it was created to do.

Just as nature follows its perfect timing, healing and growth often require patience, consistency, and faith. Small daily choices, repeated over time, can lead to remarkable changes.

May we continue to nurture our bodies, uplift others, and trust the process of growth, both in health and in life. 🌱💚
