Abdominoplasty is often more functional than aesthetic operation. You can see why.
Massive improvement after 2700gr tissue of tissue resection and 400cc of liposuction at both flanks and upper abdominal area. Technique used is known as Fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty whereby extensive tissue excess in the midline of the tummy is directly excised at the expense of a vertical scar. Although this method leaves vertical scar in addition to conventional, bikini horizontal one, surgeon is able to achieve much better 3 dimensional tightening and reshaping of the abdominal contour.
Patient feels incredibly lighter, more mobile and naturally, motivated to exercise more. Let it be a game changer.

Because of a marked preoperative droopiness and breast ‘emptiness’ in this patient, the breast uplift (mastopexy) was supported with implant augmentation.
The right picture shows results at 3 months after surgery which resulted in ni**le elevation by 11 cm and resculpting of the breast tissue on the top of 245cc volume implant. Breasts now have more physiological projection and natural look, in line with the patient's age.
