There is a moment, somewhere in the first evening, when the room stops being a room. The gongs build until the sound fills every corner, there is nothing left to brace against, and the thinking mind finally goes quiet. Everyone who comes to this work knows that moment. It is why they come.

This training is about learning to create it.

Over four days you move from receiving the sound to making it.

The four days
Thursday, 5:00 to 9:00 PM — Sacred sound immersion and introduction
Friday, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM — Foundations
Saturday, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM — Technique deepens
Saturday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM — Gong Puja, through the night
Sunday, daytime — Rest and integration
Sunday, 6:00 to 10:00 PM — Closing session, gong jamming, and dinner together

Certification: 30 hours upon completion, including the Gong Puja

Who it is for: practitioners, sound explorers, and devoted listeners. Prior gong experience and gong ownership are not required.

Join our 10-Hour Sound Healing Teacher Training with Teacher May and learn the foundations of sound healing in a practical, hands-on environment, whether you’re a yoga teacher, wellness practitioner, or simply someone who wants to bring more peace into your life, this course is designed for you.
