Dear Fit Eleven members,

Representing Fit Eleven Pte. Ltd. I would like to inform you about the payment for the packages you bought from us before we decided to close the studio due to covid measures.

First of all, I would like to thank you for coming to our studio and for buying the packages. Unfortunately, Covid made it impossible for us to continue to operate, and support from the state did not allow us to overcome this difficult period.
We promised that we would refund all purchased and unused lessons to all clients by the end of the month.

Unfortunately, at the moment it is difficult to get funds from Europe to Singapore to pay off all the packages. We would therefore like to ask you to be patient and we will do our best to return money to everyone by the end of this year so that we do not leave anyone feeling missled or underpaid.

As soon as we know that the money will be on the way, we will inform you about the date of payment of the refund.

Last but not least, the entire Fit Eleven team would like to wish you good health and peace of mind for the upcoming holidays.

As we end this chapter, we would like to personally thank everyone for being part of our family.

We will never know what the future may bring and Fit Eleven may make a comeback in the future.

We would like to wish everyone the best of health and to stay safe during these trying times.

CLOSURE OF FIT ELEVEN PTE LTD 😢

It is with a heavy heart that we announce our closure due to the current Covid-19 pandemic. We have put up a good fight but It has become difficult to continue the business as with the numerous restrictions implemented by the government, it is too much of a struggle to sustain.

Fit Eleven Pte Ltd will close officially from the 27th of September 2021.

We would like to thank everyone for your continued support especially during these trying times and for being part of our wonderful Family.

During this last week of operations, we have our schedules as per normal and have added more classes so that you may continue to enjoy our classes. When we close officially on the 27th of September 2021, any remaining classes (non-expired) from your packages will be fully refunded.

We will be sending out a personal email to all eligible members once the studio closes from the 27th of September 2021 to inform of your balance classes in your packages. At this juncture, we would also need you to provide us with your respective bank account details in order for us to process the refunds. All refunds will be processed by the end of October 2021.

We wish everyone the best of health, to take care and stay safe.

Due to the easing of safety management measures from the 10th of August 2021, please take note of the following when booking classes.

Fit Eleven will offer classes for fully vaccinated (passed the 14 day window after the second vaccination) and non-vaccinated members.

1. Classes which are labeled - "Fully Vaccinated", if you have not been vaccinated or have not passed the 14 day window from the second vaccination, you will not be allowed to join these classes. Masks are not required for these classes.

2. Classes which have not been labeled can be booked by both vaccinated and non-vaccinated members. Masks are required for these classes.

3. Mats, accessories and towels will be provided so that you need not bring your own. These will be sanitised after every class. You may still use your own if you prefer.

4. Vaccination status will be checked upon entry. A record of every member's status will be kept within the studio should it be required by the Ministry of Health for contact tracing purposes only.

We seek your kind understanding and cooperation during these times so that we can have a positive experience for everyone during classes.

To continue enjoying classes from the 22nd of July, please ensure you come prepared with your mats and accessories.

Fit Eleven will no longer be providing equipment for sharing.

Mats, bath towels and blocks are available for sale at the studio (just in case you forgot!)

Here we go again!!

The good news is that we shall remain open during Phase 2(HA), however with a stricter operating policy to ensure that we create a safe environment for everyone. 💪💪💪

Please be advised to bring along your own mats and props from the 22nd of July as sharing of equipment and props is no longer allowed. 🧘‍♀️

We thank you for your continued support and together we can overcome this hurdle.
