You may know me as a Sound Healer and composer of meditative music. 🎶
You may know me as an Aromatherapist. 🌿
You may know me as a Menopause expert. 🌸

But… did you know I sing? 🎤❤️

Since 2024, I’ve been actively singing as a choir member with Voices of Singapore (VOS) — and this part of my life has grown into something I truly treasure.

There’s something magical about standing among many voices and learning to breathe, listen and sing as ONE.

And now… another exciting chapter! ✨

Sometimes life has a beautiful way of connecting the dots in ways we could never have planned.

Who would have thought that singing as a choir member with Voices of Singapore (VOS) would lead me to spending 1.5 hours chatting with Singapore’s hometown artist-cum-producer ALARIC 郑良雄 at Laya Studio

What started as a simple interview became a heartfelt conversation about music, mindfulness, life, purpose, and the unexpected paths that bring people together. We laughed, shared stories, and explored how music can heal, inspire, and connect us beyond words.

It’s moments like these that remind me that saying “yes” to new experiences often opens doors to encounters we never imagined.

Thank you, Alaric, for taking the time to visit me YogaLaurine and for such a genuine, inspiring conversation. Looking forward to seeing where this beautiful connection leads.

Throwback to my Buddhist journey to the Global Peace Prayer Festival, when I was in Punakha District, near the village of Sopsokha, Bhutan last year November, 2025.

One day, my guide brought me to Bhutan’s famous fertility temple, officially known as Chimi Lhakhang, which is a 15th-century monastery in the Punakha district dedicated to the eccentric saint, Lama Drukpa Kunley (the “Divine Madman”).

I’m sure many may have seen this symbol of a Man’s part in many temples around Bhutan, Nepal, Myanmar, Thailand and some others. If you ever wonder, why would people pray or carry along this🖕🏼…? Well, at this temples, childless couples from across the globe make pilgrimages to this sacred hillock in hopes of conceiving. Simply that.

Here, the sacred phallus is believed to protect people from evil eyes and negative energies. Most importantly, the handcrafted phalluses made in the village are blessed by the revered Fertility Temple itself, carrying prayers for protection, fertility, and good fortune.

An impromptu Flute performance

After yesterday’s whole day of rain and the weather has turned great today, I asked my room buddies “what is your favorite song, or what song can you think of now?”

So one of my roommate said Adel. I wasn’t familiar about her songs, so she just played a 10sec of a part of a song for me to listen. And then, Wah Lah! An impromptu new piece was created 😇
