For years, we have been advising our workshop participants against the using of red yeast rice supplements for two reasons (i) unknown/unregulated dosage of statin in the product (ii) potential toxin caused by mould contamination.

Just concluded 1st session for Strong Knees and Joints Program.
One participant had spent more than $500 on a few branded supplements and her knee is not improving. If she had come to us earlier and learn what is going with her knee, she would have save those money. Not all problem can be solved by supplement. Sometimes, the real solution is simple and cheap when you identify the root cause.

I’m a Course Creator NOW!!!
Today, I was approached by a business owner to become an online course creator.

We got to know each other in a virtual business event. And while chatting, he got to know that I was actually in the process of creating my online business.
