Biodynamic Craniosacral, Singapore Craniosacral Therapy focus on restoring balance and function through the healing power of touch

Adida Shahab helps people reconnect with their inherent body intelligence through light hands on therapy called Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. Unlike massage which works on 8% of the body system, BCST works on 92% of our body system. She practices and teaches Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST). EXPERTISE
One of her specialities is helping children with special needs: autism, cerebral palsy, sensory processing dysfunction, learning difficulties. By assisting brain injured children to stay calm and be at ease in their bodies, their autonomic nervous system self-regulates and arrives at a state of balance through Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. The benefits of BCST for children are:
• able to be calmer and more relaxed
• function more effectively in school by improving their attention span
• lessen incidents or meltdowns so bond with their parents better
• regulate anxiety and over excitement enabling them to socialise better
She also works with adults, office workers, executives and CEOs to:
• reduce high level of stress
• recover from lower back pain, migraines, headaches and other health related issues
• to be more productive and effective with co-workers
In addition she works with the elderly recovering from strokes and illnesses.
