Vestibular problems can affect much more than your balance. Simple activities such as turning your head, getting out of bed, walking through a busy environment or returning to exercise can suddenly become challenging.

At Centre for Advanced Rehabilitation (CARe), vestibular rehabilitation is one of our physiotherapy clinical specialties. Our AHPC-registered physiotherapists with a special interest in vestibular rehabilitation include:

Our approach starts with a detailed assessment of your symptoms, balance, walking, head and eye movement control and other contributing factors. Depending on your findings, treatment may include:

Meet Jean Nee — Senior Occupational Therapist at CARe 🌿

Lymphoedema can affect much more than just swelling. It can impact movement, comfort, daily activities, independence and overall quality of life.
At Centre for Advanced Rehabilitation (CARe), our Senior Occupational Therapist, Jean Nee, brings over a decade of clinical experience across both public and private healthcare settings, with a special interest and expertise in lymphoedema management, oncology rehabilitation and pressure garments.

Jean provides individualised lymphoedema management for a wide range of clinical presentations, including:
• Cancer and post-oncology treatment
• Post-surgical swelling
• Upper and lower limb lymphoedema
• Chronic or persistent limb swelling
• Orthopaedic and medical conditions associated with oedema
• Pressure garment assessment and management
• Functional difficulties arising from swelling, heaviness or reduced mobility

As an Occupational Therapist, Jean looks beyond the swelling itself — considering how lymphoedema affects a person's daily activities, mobility, self-care, work and participation in life.

Her approach combines clinical management with practical strategies, patient and caregiver education, and personalised recommendations to help clients manage their condition confidently and independently.
