Sound has become such a natural part of my everyday life. ✨

And after working with singing bowls for years, one of my personal favourites for everyday use is the Novaa Handbowl. NOVAA BOWL

I particularly love its size. It’s small, handy and easy to keep beside me especially when I’ve been working at my computer for too long.

I Thought I Was Falling Behind…

But something was quietly unfolding. ✨

I started the first few days of this year with my mum’s sudden stroke episode — a life-changing moment for all of us.

The first four months of the year were spent almost daily in the hospital. The next four months were about bringing our entire family home, adjusting to a completely new way of life, and learning how to be a full-time caregiver while finding our rhythm with our new helper for Mum.

Life changed, and naturally, work took a back seat.

I completely stopped teaching and stepped away from work that required long hours away from home. Being there for Mum became my top priority.
And suddenly, every single opportunity to continue to do the work I love became a huge luxury for me.

I learnt to accept the season I was in, honour what I could do, and make peace with what I had to let go of.

And while I thought I was putting my work on PAUSE, life was quietly creating new pathways for me behind the scenes.

Little by little, the right people, opportunities and possibilities began finding their way to me.

And now, as life slowly settles into a new rhythm, I find myself gently stepping into a new chapter — one that I didn’t plan for, but somehow feels exactly where I’m meant to be. 💕

Looking back, perhaps I wasn’t falling behind at all.

Perhaps I was simply being redirected.

This season has taught me that sometimes, Acceptance is the greatest form of TRUST — to embrace what it is, let go of what I cannot control, and trust that everything will unfold in its own time. ✨

With a grateful heart, I thank Life and the Universe for every chapter, every redirection, and every quiet unfolding — trusting that even when I cannot see the way, I am always being gently guided towards where I’m meant to be. ❤️ ✨

I truly believe that workplace wellbeing starts from the top.

When leaders and management are willing to pause, experience and embrace wellbeing practices themselves, it sends a powerful message to their people that taking care of our wellbeing is not a luxury, but an important part of creating a healthier, more sustainable workplace.

A couple of weeks ago, I had the honour of sharing the Art of Sound Healing with HDB Housing & Development Board , exploring how sound can be a simple yet meaningful practice to support wellbeing, ease stress and create moments of pause and reset in the workplace.

What made this experience even more meaningful was the opportunity to begin with the management team, before facilitating two further sessions for staff — bringing the experience to a total of 68 participants, all experiencing Sound Healing for the very first time. It was truly an honour to introduce them to the world of sound and witness them take that first step towards experiencing wellbeing in a different way. ✨ 🥹🙏

☺️ My heartfelt appreciation to the organising committee and HDB management for welcoming this experience with such openness, and for creating the space for their people to pause, reconnect and simply breathe.

How beautiful to spend 08.08 with good friends slowing down, pausing, reflecting and setting intentions for what our hearts truly desire. ✨

Today’s private sound healing session created a space to quieten the mind, soften the body and reconnect within. Some even brought their precious crystals to be immersed in the sound, as a little ritual to cleanse, recharge and reset. 🤩

Perhaps this is the reminder we all need, to pause from the busyness of life, get quiet, and make space for what we wish to welcome in. ❤️

May all that we desire manifest with ease, in perfect alignment and divine timing.
May we trust, receive and allow life to unfold beautifully. 🤍

I love starting each session with the Hand Bowl to gently bring the group into balance before we begin.

Recently, one lovely participant shared that she could noticeably feel a difference in the way the sound resonated with her from Week 1 to Week 2. ☺️

Welcoming a New Voice to My Novaa Harmony Set. 🤍

Before it becomes part of the spaces I hold and the journeys I have the privilege to facilitate, I like to spend time simply listening, playing, and being present with it.
