We’re thrilled to share that Senior Teacher Sir Siddharth Bangera will be teaching regular online classes every Tuesday from 3 to 4:30 pm.
Sri. Siddharth Bangera is a third-generation student of Yogacharya BKS Iyengar and has been practicing Iyengar Yoga since the age of 9. He formally started attending Guruji’s classes in Mumbai in 1989.
His grandfather, Honnaya Guruva Bangera, started learning from Guruji in the late 1950s. Siddharth’s father, Jawahar Bangera, a Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher, has been studying with Guruji since 1969.
Siddharth’s natural humility and warmth, combined with his strict and creative teaching approach, have made him a sought-after teacher among students.
