Alankaram Seva @ Kailasa Singapore dated 15th Aug 2026

Blue is the main colour theme for this week's alankaram at Kailasa Singapore.
The alankaram team offered the temple seva of sacred bath and new alankaram to the 14 deities at Singapore aadheenam. This team included Ma Kher Jia, ma Govindananda, Ming Kee and Ma Govindaroopini.

Friday, 7th Aug 2026 - Today's temple seva and enriching activity included:

1) Temple sevas - Today's morning seva was offered by Ma Durga which began with Suprabatham - waking up the deities followed by Paduka puja to the SPH and Jnanalaya puja - offering puja to Devi Saraswathi and Naivedyam puja - offering Naivedyam items to deities, Finally, palliyarai - putting the deities to sleep - was offered by Sri Paramaganapathi.

2) eGurukul Cultural Session "Living Yoga" 17/2026 @ 7-7.30 pm - In this lesson, the children learned Yama —Brahmacharya (Using Your Energy Wisely) — Channeling Your Life Force. A total of 2 kids joined ma Anadyanta this session.

3) Completion session in Cantonese @ 8-9 pm - In the evening, Ma Shankari hosted completion session for Chinese devotees. A total of 4 devotees attended this session.

Thursday, 6th Aug 2026 - Today's temple sevas and enriching activity included:

1) Temple sevas - Today's morning seva was offered by Sri Jnanapradata which began with Suprabatham - waking up the deities followed by offering of laghu puja and Paduka Puja to the SPH, Naivedyam puja - offering of sacred food to deities and Jnanalaya puja - offering puja to Devi Saraswathi. Finally, palliyarai - putting the deities to sleep - was offered by Ananda Shraddha.

2) Guru Gita Chanting session #8 @7-7.30 pm - This week we cover Verses #36-40 of GURU GITA! This is the living transmission of the Guru-Shishya lineage. The Guru Gita is the divine dialogue between Shiva and Parvati that reveals the cosmic science of the Guru principle. When you chant these sacred verses, you're not just singing — you're opening the direct download channel to enlightenment.. A total of 4 kids & 2 adults joined the Guru Gita chanting hosted by Ma Durga.

3) Nithya Dhyan @ 7.30 - 9 pm - In the evening, 3 devotees joined Ananda Shraddha for Life Bliss Meditation, Nithya Dhyan.

1) Temple sevas - Today's morning seva offered by Ma Pragnyana Yogini which began with Suprabatham - waking up the deities, Paduka puja and Naivedyam puja - offering Naivedyam to deities followed by and Jnanalaya puja to Devi Saraswathi. Finally, palliyarai - putting the deities to sleep - was offered by Ma Durga.

2) eGurukul Cultural Session 'Conscious Wellness' #30/2016 # 7-7.30 pm - This week the children learned to offer Gratitude for Your Life as Divine Celebration - the most profound realization of all—gratitude for your life itself as Divine celebration.. A total of 5 children and 1 adult joined the session hosted by Ma Parvathy Swaroopini.

3) Bhagavad Gita Decoded Chapter 9 @ 7.30 - 8.30 pm - In the evening, we resumed the reading session of Bhagavad Gita Decoded with a new chapter – Chapter 9 Part 1, Rājavidyā Rājaguhya Yogaḥ from verses 1-20. This chapter reveals Secret Of All Secrets. The whole universe is intelligence. It responds to our thoughts. Krsna transmits the king of all knowledge and all secrets, which is eternal, easy, and joyfully done. To the one who is non-envious and trusts Him, Krsna promises yoga (success) and ksema (protection). A total of 6 devotees joined ma Durga for this session.

1) Temple sevas - Today's morning seva which was offered by Ananda Shraddha began with Suprabatham - waking up the deities followed by Paduka puja to the SPH, and Naivedyam puja - offering Naivedyam to deities and Jnanalaya puja - offering puja to Devi Saraswathi. Finally, palliyarai - putting the deities to sleep - was offered by Ma Aparicchedya.

2) eGurukul - Discover Your Deities #31/26 @ 7 - 7.30 pm - In the evening, children learned about "The Child Who Is Everywhere — Prabhavati's Confusion". You cannot catch Krishna — because Krishna is in EVERYONE. When you are angry at a child, you are angry at Krishna. When you love a child, you love Krishna. There is no 'other.'. A total of 2 kids and 1 acharya joined ma Anadyanta for this session.

1) Temple sevas - The morning seva was offered by Sri Paramagamapathi which began with offering of subrapatham, then followed by Pratyaksha Pada puja, Naivedyam puja and Jnanalaya puja to Devi Saraswathi. Finally, palliyarai - putting the deities to sleep - was offered by Sri Paramaganapathi.

2) eGurukul Guru Puja by kids @ 6.30 - 7 pm - As part of Charya Pada, three eGurukul children, George, Paramashivayoga and Mahajnana and one parent, Edna Ang hosted the Guru Puja.

3) Nithyananda Yoga @6.30 - 7 pm - Two devotees joined Sri Paramaganapathi for practice of evening yoga.
