Evening Classes : 5:30pm - 8:30pm

Morning Classes : 7:00am - 11am

Again.

They say 'Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.' If that’s true, then every Ashtanga practitioner stepping onto the mat at dawn might just qualify. We do the same sequence. Every. Single. Day.

But what if the repetition isn't the problem? What if the real 'insanity' is running on our unconscious patterns?

The sequence stays the same so that we can see what changes: us.
