The Centre for Healthcare Innovation Co-Learning Network was launched on the 21st of October 2016 with 21 partners from diverse yet synergistic expertise, from healthcare to other industries, from providers to agencies, and from local to international. The CHI Co–Learning Network will be an open learning platform for like-minded practitioners and enablers to co-learn and co-create innovative solutions to meet current and future healthcare challenges, while delivering value to patients and populations. Dedicated to drive healthcare innovation, the CHI Co-Learning Network has three strategic thrusts
1) Build Thought Leadership
2) Drive Workforce Transformation
3) Enable Healthcare Training

That’s a wrap on JETS (Job Expo ‘36)! 💙✨

Three incredible days, countless conversations, new discoveries, and a glimpse into what the future of healthcare could look like.

A few days have passed since CHI INNOVATE 2026 featuring JETS (Job Expo ’36), but the conversations, ideas and connections continue to resonate.

Over the 3 inspiring days (2-4 Jul), we welcomed healthcare leaders, policymakers, innovators, educators, industry partners, healthcare professionals and members of the public to explore what it takes to build a Future Workforce for Future Health.

Through the conference’s thought-provoking keynotes, candid panel discussions, lively debates, JETS immersive showcases, performances and role plays, we collectively challenged assumptions, reimagined roles and explored how healthcare can evolve to meet the needs of tomorrow. More importantly, we reaffirmed that meaningful workforce transformation is only possible through collaboration across the entire healthcare ecosystem.

A heartfelt thank you to our Guest-of-Honour SMS Tan Kiat How, speakers, moderators, sponsors, exhibitors, partners, volunteers and every participant for making CHI INNOVATE 2026 a truly memorable experience.

🚀 A defining moment for Singapore's healthcare workforce.

Today at CHI INNOVATE 2026, we were honoured to welcome our Guest-of-Honour, Senior Minister of State Mr Kiat How Tan, who officially launched the CHI Workforce Accelerator, Singapore's first national platform dedicated to accelerating the transformation of the healthcare workforce.

The launch represents a bold step towards reimagining how healthcare work is designed, delivered and sustained for the future.

During his visit, Mr Tan toured the Workforce Accelerator and met representatives showcasing 36 reimagined healthcare roles for 2036. From new ways of delivering care to emerging roles enabled by technology, the showcase demonstrated how workforce transformation is moving from aspiration to action.

💡Among the highlights were conversations with the Nurse Choreographer and the 3D/4D Visual Reconstruction Specialist, two future roles that exemplify how innovation, technology and job redesign can create new possibilities for healthcare professionals.

Mr Tan also joined our workforce partners in signing the JETS commemorative cards and took part in the interactive "Dream Role" experience, exploring what healthcare careers could look like in 2036.

The morning continued with Mr Tan's opening address, followed by the presentation of the National Healthcare Innovation and Productivity (HIP) Medals, recognising outstanding innovations that are transforming care delivery, productivity and workforce development across Singapore's healthcare system.🏅

As CHI celebrates its 10th anniversary, today's launch marks more than a milestone. It reflects a shared commitment across healthcare, government, education, workforce and industry partners to build a workforce that is ready for the future while keeping people at the heart of care.

Because the future of healthcare is not just about new technologies.

It is about empowering people with new skills, new roles and new opportunities to deliver better care for generations to come.
