People think losing weight is the hardest part. Keeping it off is even harder
Megha, 34, had already lost 27kg before joining SuRge. But despite working with a nutritionist, she still hadn’t reached her goal weight and was managing a left disc herniation.
Over the next 16 weeks, the focus wasn’t on eating less or doing more cardio.
Instead, it was about building strength, making nutrition work around her vegetarian lifestyle, and creating habits she could actually sustain as a working mum.
She even enjoyed a 2.5-week overseas holiday during her journey.
Today, Megha weighs 47kg, is stronger than ever, and experiences less back pain from her disc herniation.
Her next goal?
Building more muscle while maintaining a healthy body weight.
Because the goal was never just to lose weight.
It was to build a body that supports her life.
What’s one fitness myth you used to believe?
