🐝 Bee sting? Don’t panic! 🚫
Here’s what you SHOULD do instead 👇
✔️ Move away from the source of the sting
✔️ If a stinger is visible, remove it carefully
✔️ Wash the area with clean running water
✔️ Apply a cold pack wrapped in cloth to help reduce swelling and pain
⚠️ Watch for signs of a serious allergic reaction, such as difficulty breathing, swelling of the face or throat, or feeling faint. Seek emergency medical help immediately if these occur.

A big thank you to everyone at PCF Blk 221 Hougang Street for attending the Child First Aid Training with MHI Training Master! 🚑👶

Our participants took part in hands-on practical training and learned essential first aid skills specifically focused on responding to emergencies involving children.

From practical demonstrations to hands-on practice, it was great to see everyone actively participating and building the knowledge and confidence needed to respond calmly and appropriately when it matters most. 👏
