Knowing what to do during a seizure can make a real difference:
❤️ Stay calm
🛡️ Remove dangerous objects
🚫 Never put anything in their mouth
🫶 Place them in the recovery position after the seizure
📞 Call 995 if the seizure lasts more than 5 minutes, occurs in water, or the person is injured or having difficulty breathing.
