Ten years ago, Radium began with a simple belief: that aesthetic medicine could be practised with purpose, integrity and kindness.

Since then, we have grown in ways we could never have imagined - from a small team with a shared vision to a community of doctors, colleagues and patients who have shaped our journey.

There have been milestones worth celebrating, challenges that tested us and moments that reminded us what truly matters. Some of the most difficult chapters have also taught us the clearest lessons: that kindness is not a weakness, and it should not be reserved only for the easy moments.

Kindness means caring for our patients, standing by our colleagues and treating others within our industry with fairness, dignity and compassion - even when circumstances make that difficult.

Not every act of kindness will be understood or returned. But we still believe that how we choose to respond matters. In time, truth has a way of becoming clearer, and kindness has a way of enduring.

Through every chapter, we have remained guided by the same principles: to listen carefully, treat thoughtfully and always remember the person behind every treatment.

Radium began with a vision, but it was our patients who gave that vision meaning.

Over the years, many of you have grown alongside Dr Siew and Radium. You have stood by us through our proudest moments and some of our darkest ones. In return, we have had the privilege of walking beside you through your own milestones - new beginnings, celebrations, challenges, transformations and every chapter in between.

Some relationships began with a consultation. Over time, they became something far more meaningful.

You were never simply customers to us. You became familiar faces, trusted companions and friends who continued to show up for one another.

As Radium celebrates its 10th anniversary, we want to thank every person who believed in us, grew with us and allowed us to become part of your journey.

Radium’s story may have begun with one founder, but it was shaped by all of you.
