"Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended for fellow pregnant ladies. Pregnant with my second child and developed aching shoulders, back & legs this round at just 13 weeks. Being so early in my pregnancy and in so much discomfort, I was really seeking out a reliable, specialized massage service to ensure that I had the best care provided for my baby at the same time be able to relieve the aches. With time being so precious now as a working mom, I was even happier that Theraply provides in-home prenatal massages.

Booking & payment was seamless. Once I had my first session with my therapist in my own home, I had to book my next sessions and later moved on to buying their prenatal package and post-natal package by my third session. There was absolutely no hard-selling (which I love), because their service, quality of in-house formulated pregnancy friendly products, knowledge on pre-natal matters, risks and concerns, professional set-up & clean-up and of course, the 60 minutes massage that really helped relax my body and mind, speaks for itself.

I'm always looking forward to my next session, where I feel I get transported to a spa resort room, (smell of essential oil, music, dim lighting) without having to even leave my house.

Going into so much detail because I am truly grateful and appreciative of the wonderful service and ease I get from my therapist and Theraply. Thank you so much!

On November 17, Theraply takes a moment to show compassion and support for our customers and families who are experiencing the anxiety of premature births by observing World Prematurity Day.

World Prematurity Day reminds us of babies born too early, and the health challenges they may face as they grow up.

In 2022, the theme of promoting skin to skin contact in premature infants is essential for a healthy and sensitive experience. It has proven to be an extremely beneficial and effective practice.

Here are 5 basic tips on caring for a preterm baby:

1. Have a peaceful and positive home environment.

2. Continue to nurse, (contact us for an in home lactation massage service to increase the supply of breast milk).

3. Hold the infant close to your skin.

4. Ensure baby sleeps well.

5. Minimize outdoor visits in the first few weeks post delivery, with the exception to the doctor's.

I booked their 5-session post miscarriage in-home massage and it was excellent.

They were always punctual, courteous, on time, and importantly they sanitized the bed / area well after every session.

I found their traditional vaginal steam/ abdominal massage to be particularly relaxing and my sleep quality improved so much. They have helped me a lot physically and emotionally during this particularly difficult period.

"Engaged Theraply for their in home lactation massages as I was having lots of issues with clogged ducts and mastitis.

The therapist was very knowledgeable about postnatal massage care and gave good advice on how to care for myself post C-section delivery.

The sessions were always very relaxing and not painful - I even managed to fall asleep during the session despite struggling with painful mastitis one time.
