I came to Bangkok thinking this would be another symposium to share — but PRIME the Future turned out to be so much more memorable than expected.
I was very excited to take the stage with my long time friend and brother Dr Lim Ting Song, speaking about Ultherapy as a foundational treatment — how getting the foundation right allows us to build a thoughtful, long-term approach to ageing rather than simply chasing individual concerns as they appear.
And for the first time, I shared the stage with Denise Keller. Denise has been my patient for almost 10 years, from the very beginning of Radium. I’ve had the privilege of caring for her through so many chapters of her life — watching her career evolve, seeing her through motherhood, and adapting the way I care for her as her life, face and priorities changed.
Sitting together on stage and looking back at that journey made me realise just how much has happened in those 10 years.
Aesthetic medicine is often spoken about in terms of devices and injectables, but I think the most meaningful parts of what we do are much simpler: knowing our patients, earning their trust, and being there for them over time.
Technologies can evolve, but the relationships we build with our patients can span decades — and that, for me, was what made this symposium unexpectedly special. ❤️
