Quiet strength, steady breath 🌬️

Not every practice needs to be loud to be powerful. Darren teaches from stillness — using breath, sun salutations, and mindful pacing to bring you back to something steady inside yourself.

No pressure to perform. Just space to notice. Every teacher here once started by simply showing up to practice, learning how breath and awareness can reshape how the body feels over time.
