Grateful to be invited by Eiktha, VegThisCity and Lodewijk Tjioe, IoT ONE to speak with delegates from ВкусВилл!

It was an interesting experience for me and we had a robust discussion around the theme, Food Safety in Global Supply Chain, on topics ranging from food safety standards in the world and Singapore, to implementing strategies for supplier selection.

I was inspired by the delegates’ focus on providing safe and quality products to their customers, with them asking challenging questions such as ways to enhance their supply chain checkpoints through testing, and the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders in the process.

Looking forward to their journey in fostering a safer and more resilient global food supply chain!

In the food industry, it takes years of work to produce one product, whether it is to source, produce and market, it takes dedication, perseverance, passion and amongst it all, resilience.

BRCGS team visited the largest biscuit manufacture in Singapore, which is the only one remained in Singapore. Anthony Lidong LIANG, Regional Head of Great China, has introduced the BRCGS and clarify the difference between BRCGS Food and FSSC22000. They are very keen on this certification for guarantee their product safety, quality and legality, and increasing the exporting.
