Sleep and Cognition Laboratory

Sleep and Cognition Laboratory We are a team from the National University of Singapore's Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. We are dedicated to making discoveries about sleep and improving it.

Follow us for more insights on sleep, health and upcoming studies! What happens when we don't get enough sleep? How much sleep do we need, and are there some people who need less sleep than others? At the Sleep and Cognition Laboratory, we use functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), electroencephalography (EEG), and eye-tracking technology to address these questions through scientific research.
