I charge the same for onsite talks and webinars.
Some trainers charge less for webinars. I don’t. 😊
A webinar is **not less work**.
Yes, I save on travelling time and transport costs. But I still need to prepare the content, set up the space and equipment, and make sure the session remains engaging even when everyone is behind a screen.
In fact, webinars can sometimes create **even more value for the organisation**.
The audience can be much larger, with employees logging in from different offices and even different countries.
So when you look at the **cost per participant**, it can actually be very low. 😉
More importantly, whether I’m onsite or online, the standard stays the same:
**Interactive. Practical. Immediately applicable.**
Today’s webinar for a bank was on **Mental Wellness with TCM: Balancing Emotions for Better Health** — with acupressure, herbs and qigong.
I’m thankful that whether onsite or online, I continue to receive encouraging feedback. 🙏😊
Today, the messages came in so quickly that…
**My hands were too slow to capture them. 😂**
I only managed to screenshot one:
> “Thank you – great session and very helpful.”
Online doesn’t mean less engaging.
And it definitely doesn’t mean less value. 😊
Thank you 8 Mile for arranging this session for Julius Baer 🙏😊
