Many women don’t need more skincare products.
They already have plenty.
What they’re often looking for is skin that asks for less attention.
Less reacting.
Less guessing.
Less thinking about it all day.
That’s one reason I believe skincare should be personalised.
Most of my clients don’t need more products — they need the right ones for what their skin needs now.

One piece of skincare advice we hear all the time is:
“Find a routine and stick to it.”
And for a while, that may work.
But skin isn’t static.
Many women notice that what worked in their 30s doesn’t always work the same way later on.
The routine didn’t necessarily fail.
Your skin’s needs changed.
That’s why I think skincare should evolve with your skin, rather than staying exactly the same forever.
💛 Have you changed your skincare routine over the last few years?

29/07/2026

One of the biggest changes I see when women’s skin changes isn’t the skin itself.
It’s what they start buying.
A different moisturiser.
A richer face oil.
A new serum.
Sometimes those products help.
Sometimes they don’t.
Because the real question isn’t, “What’s the best product?”
It’s...
“What is my skin trying to tell me?”
That’s why I believe understanding your skin comes before choosing your skincare.
💛 Do you know what your skin needs... or just what you’ve been buying?

27/07/2026

Most women tell me what they want their skin to look like.
Brighter.
Firmer.
More even.
But during a consultation, I usually ask a different question.
How do you want your skin to feel?
That question often changes everything.
Because when women pause to think about it, the answers are usually...
• Less dry.
• Less sensitive.
• Less reactive.
• More comfortable.
To me, that’s where healthy skin begins.
Not with chasing perfect skin.
But with understanding what your skin needs now.
💛 If you could change one thing about how your skin feels, what would it be?

One thing I’ve noticed is that the women whose skin improves the most don’t necessarily have the most complicated routines.
Over time, they become better at noticing what their skin needs instead of doing the same thing every day.
Some days, that’s extra hydration.
Some days, it’s simplifying.
Some days, it’s giving irritated skin a chance to recover.
Our skin changes—and our routines can change with it.
💛 I’d love to know...
What’s one skincare habit you’ve stopped doing over the years?

22/07/2026

When I first became a Clinical Aromatherapist, I expected women to talk about wrinkles, pigmentation or ageing.
What surprised me was something else.
So many women had simply accepted that their skin would always feel dry.
Or sensitive.
Or reactive.
As though feeling uncomfortable was just part of getting older.
I don’t believe we have to accept that.
Our skin changes throughout life, but that doesn’t mean we should stop hoping for skin that feels calmer, more comfortable and easier to live with.
💛 I’d love to ask you...
Have you ever caught yourself thinking, “Maybe this is just how my skin is now?”

20/07/2026

When I ask women about their skin, I hear words like...
Dry.
Sensitive.
Reactive.
Dull.
Tight.
But there’s one word I rarely hear:
Comfortable.
After years of listening to women in consultations, I’ve realised that this is actually one of the best goals we can have for our skin.
Because when your skin feels comfortable, it often means it’s calmer, more balanced, and less demanding of your attention.
Healthy skin isn’t just about looking good.
It’s about feeling good in your own skin.
💛 I’d love to hear from you...
If you had to describe your skin in one word today, what would it be?

17/07/2026

One of my favourite questions to ask is:
“What would you like for your skin?”
People often assume the answer is:
✨ No wrinkles.
✨ Firmer skin.
✨ Younger-looking skin.
But that’s rarely what I hear.
More often, women tell me they want skin that feels comfortable again.
Less reactive.
Less unpredictable.
More like themselves.
I think that’s a beautiful reminder that healthy skin isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about feeling good in your own skin.
💛 So I’d love to ask you the same question...
What would you like for your skin?

10/07/2026

When women first sit down with me, they often point to the same things.
A wrinkle.
A patch of pigmentation.
A line that wasn’t there a few years ago.
Those concerns are real, and I understand why they matter.
But I’m usually looking at something else first.
I’m looking at how their skin behaves. How it feels. How it’s responding.
Because healthy skin is about more than one line or one spot.
I’ve learnt that when we stop focusing on one “flaw” and start looking at the bigger picture, skincare becomes less frustrating and much more meaningful.
💛 I’d love to know...
What’s the first thing you notice when you look in the mirror?

Ever bought a richer moisturiser because your skin felt dry.....but it still didn’t feel better?
Sometimes skin really is dry.
But sometimes it only feels dry because of dehydration, irritation, or a weakened skin barrier.
The solution isn’t always a richer cream.
It starts with understanding why your skin feels the way it does.
That’s why I never assume. I always try to understand what’s really happening before recommending skincare.
✨ The right skincare starts with understanding your skin.
Have you ever felt like your moisturiser wasn’t enough?
