So you have plantar fasciitis, but you're not sure what to do about it now? Don't worry, we've got you covered!
Try these 3 simple exercises for heel pain relief:
1️⃣ Ball Rolling: Gently roll a ball between the ball of your foot and heel, 20 times on each foot.
2️⃣ Heel Step Stretch: Place the ball of your foot on a step, heel on the ground, and hold for 46 - 60 seconds. Repeat 3 - 5 times on each foot.
3️⃣ Bent Toe Calf Raises: Slowly perform 3 sets of calf raises, 3 sets of 10.
