What is Reiki ?

Reiki is a sacred Japanese art of relaxation. Rei means spiritual wisdom and Ki means the life force. We are using the Universe positive energy to heal. A Reiki treatment is done on a fully clothed patient through light touches starting from the head all the way down to the feet. It benefits on all levels: mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. It is an effective stress reliever. It increases confidence and self esteem.
