I'll be honest, I booked this mostly because it was on my to-do list. Dark spots from years of sun exposure, hormonal changes, the works. I wasn't expecting much after one session.

The therapist at Derma Dynamics walked me through the whole thing before we started. The treatment uses an organic White Nettle extract that Sothys developed specifically to target the genes responsible for pigmentation. Three key genes. That level of specificity made me pay attention.

The 90-minute session covers face, neck, décolleté, and hands. They used something called a Ridoki, a stainless steel tool, to press the serum directly into each dark spot. Cold, precise, oddly satisfying.

I left with skin that looked noticeably clearer. Apparently real results build over 6 sessions. I'm already thinking about session 2.
