❀️ What Is a Leadless Pacemaker?

A leadless pacemaker is a tiny heart device implanted directly inside the heart to help regulate slow or irregular heartbeats.

Unlike traditional pacemakers, it does not require wires (leads) or a device pocket under the skin of the chest.

Benefits of a leadless pacemaker may include:
βœ” Smaller size
βœ” No chest scar or visible bump
βœ” No leads that can wear out over time
βœ” Minimally invasive implantation

Not every patient is suitable for a leadless pacemaker, and the best option depends on your heart condition and individual needs.

If you have symptoms such as dizziness, fainting, fatigue, or a slow heartbeat, speak to your cardiologist about whether a pacemaker may be right for you.

❀️ Modern technology is making heart rhythm treatment smaller, smarter, and less invasive.
