Not every feature needs to be sharper, higher or fuller. Sometimes changing one area can affect the balance of the whole face. I would rather leave something alone if I don’t think it will make the overall face look better.

我一直相信，一个空间，会影响人的情绪。

所以装修这个地方的时候，我想的不是怎么做得更豪华，而是——怎么让人一走进来，就放松下来。

比起昂贵的装饰，我更在意自然光感、木头的温度、每一件家具背后的故事，还有空间里的留白。

不知道从什么时候开始，我越来越觉得，美不是做加法，而是做减法。

一张坐得舒服的椅子、一幅喜欢的画、一扇望出去有树的窗，比任何刻意堆砌的设计都更耐看。

因为在我看来，舒服，比漂亮更重要。

A common mistake I see? Thinking that more is always better.

More fillers.
More facials.
More treatments.

But natural-looking results aren't created by doing more.

Overfilling can blur your facial contours.
Doing treatments too often may not give your skin enough time to recover.

Even deep cleansing, exfoliation, or facials can weaken your skin barrier if they're done too frequently.

Sometimes, the best thing you can do for your skin... is less, but better.

Every skin is different, so these are simply a few suggestions I share with my patients. Hope they help you make better decisions for your skin. 🤍
