Pedestrian Walkway to SGH EM/NNI Building from SGH Block 3

This pedestrian walkway provides a direct route to the SGH Emergency/NNI Building. Located at Level 1 beside SGH Block 2/3, cross the traffic junction, turn right, and follow the pathway to reach Level 3 of the building. It's also accessible from OCH/SingHealth Tower Level 2.

It was an afternoon of celebrations with awards, performances, good food and music at the inaugural SGH Volunteer Appreciation party for more than 250 amazing volunteers and partners yesterday. The event at the Academia was held to celebrate these angels who give selflessly of their time and talent to lend a helping hand, a listening ear to patients in SGH and outside the hospital walls.

We also celebrated the achievements of our Long Service Award volunteers, spanning 5 to 25 years, including Mr Koh Kim Guan who achieved quarter century of service. Mr Johnny Leow, Volunteer with Population Health Office walked away with the Top Contributor Award. A special shout-out to Sing’theatre and community partners such as NTUC Health, SG Cares Volunteer Centres @ Kreta Ayer and Jalan Besar, SUSS, Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities, Tsao Foundation, Youth Corps for walking the journey with us. As CEO Prof Kenneth shared, ‘we can buy anything with money but giving of time and skills is the greatest gift we can give to our patients’. A salute to fellow volunteers for your extraordinary contributions!
