Just 9 months ago,, we were in your beautiful Kathmandu, Nepal, attending our Reiki Shinpiden class with Inamoto Sensei and Sensei Thin. 🌸🙏✨
The memories still feel so close… the warmth of the people, the peaceful moments, the smiles, and the beautiful Reiki journey we shared together.

🌿 A Morning of Reiki, Nature & Connection 💚✨
A meaningful Sunday morning unfolded along the Saraca Stream Forest Trail, where we gathered to Walk, Practice Reiki, and reconnect deeply with nature and ourselves. 🌳💧

Just one day after Usui Mikao Sensei’s birth anniversary on 15 August, we came together with gratitude to honour the gift of Usui Reiki Ryoho.

Our group included both experienced Reiki practitioners and our friends new to Reiki—each arriving with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to simply experience. 💚

Along the trail, we slowed down.,
Surrounded by the forest, flowing water..
🌿 We paused and listened to the sounds of nature.
💧 We listened to the gentle flow of the stream.
🌳 We touched the big tree trunks and roots, felt their presence.

�🍃 We pause, breathe, feel and reconnect.. our Reiki community,
🙏 And together, we shared Reiki through our Reiki practice.
we left feeling lighter, refreshed, energised and connected. ✨

A BIG..thank you to who joined us today and brought your beautiful energy to the gathering.

And to those who couldn’t make it this time—we hope to welcome you at our next Reiki gathering. 🌿💚

🌿 Pause and Listen....
Allow yourself to become still. Close your eyes or soften your gaze. Tune in to the sounds of nature—near and far. Feel the gentle breeze, breathe deeply, and simply be present in the moment.

Along our relaxing forest walk, we'll pause at several beautiful spots to connect with nature. At the spots of open space of the trail, we'll gather for a Reiki Circle (Reiki Mawashi) to share Reiki, connect with one another, and enjoy the peaceful energy of the forest together.
