💧 Cool the burn under cool running water for at least 10 minutes or until the pain eases.
💍 Remove rings, watches or tight clothing before swelling starts.
🩹 Cover the burn with a clean, non-fluffy dressing.
❌ Don't use ice, butter, toothpaste or pop blisters.
