Fallen triangle → EPK2 (revolved split in arm balance)
It starts with roots—hands pressing, feet anchoring, breath steady.

Tree pose… but make it extra 🌿✨
Why just stand tall when you can bend, stretch, and flirt with gravity a little?
One leg doing all the hard work,
the other just casually hanging out 😌
Meanwhile, the heart is like: “let’s go a bit further…” 💫
Balance is basically a conversation between
“you got this” and “don’t fall don’t fall don’t fall” 🤭
Growing roots, reaching back,
and trusting that somehow… I’ll still find my way up.

They say eating vegetarian keeps you pure and light. What they don’t say is—it doesn’t mean you won’t gain weight. Back home for the Chinese New Year, with a relaxed mind comes a fuller body. Reunion dinners and snacks take turns on the table, and my little belly quietly “logs in for duty,” rounding itself out along the way. Turns out, blessings and body fat are both accumulated slowly.

Chest stand on the yoga wheel— flip the body upside down, let go of attachments. A slight curve in the belly gives life a bit of warmth. Whether the belly is round or not doesn’t really matter; the waist needs to bend, and the heart needs to soften. The good fortune eaten over the Chinese New Year can be gently digested through yoga. Fat can stay. Anxiety cannot. 🧧🧧
