Speedoc provides on demand house call doctors with on-the-spot medications, treatment, MCs to provide Why do we do what we do? We heard their problems.

We listened to the people around us; people we loved and cared for. We saw friends sustain serious injuries and having to wait in the emergency room in excruciating pain for hours. We saw other friends take time off work that they couldn’t spare because they had to accompany their elderly parents to the doctor. We saw other friends, still, who were declined job offers because their child fell sick on the first day of work. Being medical doctors ourselves, we thought – there has to be a better option. So we created one.

Haze-related symptoms? You may qualify for subsidised care.

With Singapore’s Haze Subsidy Scheme activated from 12 October 2026, eligible Singapore Citizens can receive treatment for haze-related conditions at participating Public Health Preparedness Clinics (PHPCs).

Who is eligible at participating PHPCs?

You may qualify if you are:
• A child aged 18 and below
• A senior aged 65 and above
• A Public Assistance (PA) recipient
• A Pioneer Generation (PG) or Merdeka Generation (MG) cardholder
• A CHAS Blue or Orange cardholder
• A Medical Fee Exemption Card (MFEC) holder

How much will you pay?
• $0 for PA cardholders
• Up to $5 for PG and MG members
• Up to $10 for other eligible groups

The subsidy applies to eligible haze-related conditions, subject to a doctor’s assessment.
