1. Share one 20sec. hug a day 💑😘
(At least make sure you have one real physical contact every day. )
2. Make sure to share 5 💚💚💚💚💚positive interactions (for 1 negative interaction). (Have you said thank you today or made a compliment or shared a good moment together or done something nice for one another ?)
3. Be interestED and not InterestING.
