Are you or someone you know navigating the loss of a loved one? You’re not alone. Join us in a warm, supportive space where healing happens through connection.

💛 What to expect:
* A safe, non-judgmental space to share
* Better understanding of grief and emotions through creative and hands on activities, e.g. narrative / craft / clay work, etc.
* Practical coping strategies and support
* Meaningful connections with others on a similar journey

👥 Who can join:
* Individuals aged 50 and above
* Have experienced loss for at least 6 months
* Willing to journey together in a group setting

📅 Sessions: Every Monday (24/8, 7/9, 14/9, 21/9, 28/9) and One Friday 4/9
⏰ Time: 2pm – 4pm for Mondays; 10am - 12pm for 4/9 Friday
🗣️ Language: English

🌟 Free Support Group: Life After Work (For Ages 50+) 🌟

Know someone over 50 who recently retired, was let go, or had to stop working? Transitioning out of the workforce can feel isolating, but they do not have to navigate it alone.

SAGE Counselling Centre is hosting More Than What I Did: a FREE 7 session program focused on personal wellness, finding calm, and rediscovering your identity beyond your career. (Note: This is a personal support group, not a job hunting service!)

📌 Program Details:
Who: Singaporeans & PRs aged 50 and above
When: Every Friday from 4 Sep to 16 Oct 2026 | 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM
