Yesterday got my starter kit with Young Living!! So excited! 👏👏👏 Last night rubbed my daughters arms and legs with one drop of lavender mixed with coconut oil to soothe her growing pains. All of us have been a bit sick, so we put Thieves in the diffuser while we slept and on soles of our feet to help with immunity. Essential oils have been part of my wellness journey for many years already so looking forward to dig even deeper. Pm me if you want more info.

Homemade lunch today on my day off. Did you know that the foods we eat and supplements we take not only effect our long-term health but also our moods and hormones?

Today I boosted my body with a natural liquid iron supplement and probiotics in the morning, coffee with coconut milk, and a vegan protein smoothie.

My lunch was salad with red onion, yellow tomatoes, cucumber, kalamata olives, fresh coriander, pumpkin seeds, olive oil and balsamic dressing. Homemade hummus and crackers. My supplements - EPA/DHA, B Vitamins, Vit E, Iodine from Kelp, and an adrenal supplement.

Breakfast this morning - a vegan protein smoothie with h**p seeds, rice milk, protein, half a frozen banana, red dragon fruit, and frozen cherries and blueberries.

Protein to build a strong body, fruit for carbohydrates, vitamins, and antioxidants and h**p seeds full of omega 3 and healthy fats. Putting whole fruit is also important for fiber, vs juice which usually has none.

A healthy body needs foods that nourish and sustain it. Lunch today is bean soup with tomato, coriander, red onion, avocado and lime. Also had cucumber and red pepper sticks with hummus.

My favourite vegan healthy breakfast. Steel cut oats with pear, coconut flakes, pre-soaked white chia, maple syrup, cinnamon, cardamon, and rice milk.
