It was a great pleasure to welcome a delegation of Singapore health and food supplement professionals on a visit to Kelun Pharmaceutical Group's Headquarters in Chengdu, China.

This visit provided an excellent opportunity to gain deeper insights into Kelun's research and development capabilities, advanced manufacturing facilities, stringent quality control systems, and its commitment to innovation in the healthcare and nutrition sectors.

As one of China's leading pharmaceutical and healthcare groups, Kelun has built an impressive reputation for scientific excellence and world-class manufacturing standards. The exchange of ideas between the Singapore delegation and Kelun's management team also opened up exciting discussions on potential collaborations in health supplements, functional nutrition, product innovation, regulatory compliance, and regional market expansion.

Two years ago in 2024, some Singaporeans visited Kelun Pharmaceuticals HQ to better understand Kelun’s pharmaceutical research capabilities and advanced bioscience manufacturing ecosystem.

That visit marked the beginning of a deeper engagement.

Over the past two years, we have worked closely with Singapore team — through multiple discussions, site visits, and strategic exchanges — to explore how Singapore can serve as a regional and global platform for Kelun’s growth. These efforts were focused not just on market entry, but on positioning Singapore as a base for innovation, partnerships, and international expansion.

Today, we are seeing the fruits of that journey.

Kelun is now planning their move into Singapore, with the intention of establishing our International Headquarters (IHQ) here. This reflects strong confidence in Singapore’s ecosystem — from regulatory excellence and talent pool, to its role as a gateway to ASEAN and beyond.

This milestone is not the result of a single meeting, but the culmination of sustained effort, trust-building, and alignment of vision between Singapore and one of China’s leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
