Health Plan AI beta is now live on HealthHub!

Available as a pilot from 27 Jul 2026 to 27 Jan 2027, eligible users can access this new feature that generates personalised 7-day exercise plans designed to support their health goals through their Health Plan.

Here’s what you should know:
🧓🏼 Available to Healthier SG (HSG) enrollees aged 40–64 with no chronic conditions and who have developed their Health Plan with HSG doctors.
🤝 Built together with healthcare professionals and the Health Promotion Board, Singapore, and follows the Singapore Physical Activity Guidelines.
🏃‍➡️ Exercise recommendations generated by Health Plan AI beta are tailored to your HSG Health Plan, individual profile and personal preferences.

A great achievement for Singapore Public Healthcare! Healthier SG has been recognised as a global champion in the E-Health category at the Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) Prizes 2026, organised by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).

Selected from 360 nominated projects across 86 countries, this recognition celebrates how digital technology can make it easier for people to stay healthy and receive the support they need before they fall ill.

Healthier SG is a nationwide initiative by the Ministry of Health, Singapore that helps Singaporeans take charge of their health with the support of their family doctors and community partners. It’s about making preventive care more accessible, so people can enjoy healthier lives.

This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication of colleagues across the Ministry of Health, GovTech (Government Technology Agency of Singapore), Synapxe, the Public Healthcare clusters, primary care partners, and the strong support from the global community, which contributed more than 2.2 million votes for the WSIS Prizes.

Empowering Singaporeans to take charge of their health starts with making digital healthcare simpler.

That’s why the Public Healthcare Family has worked closely to unify Singapore's public healthcare apps - HealthHub app, NHG Health app, NUHS app, and SingHealth Health Buddy app - into a single, enhanced HealthHub app by end-November this year.

At the 10th CHI - Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) Innovate Conference 2026, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Health, Singapore and Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), Mr Tan Kiat How, shared about the upcoming enhanced HealthHub app, offering a more intuitive user experience that better serves residents' healthcare needs. This will make it easier for users to manage their healthcare needs conveniently in one app, instead of navigating multiple platforms.

As the national Public HealthTech enabler, we are glad to partner the whole of Public Healthcare, and support this shift towards equipping our people to play a more active role in their health.

Need another nudge to take that next step to better health? From 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2029, Healthier SG enrollees can earn a one-time bonus of 1,500 Healthpoints (worth $10) by completing an in-person Health
