New parents often feel unprepared when they welcome their newborns home from the hospital.
Preparation for the transition to home can be made easier by taking steps.

1. ๐๐ž๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ž ๐ก๐š๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐›๐š๐›๐ฒ, always ๐ฐ๐š๐ฌ๐ก ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ก๐š๐ง๐๐ฌ (or use hand sanitizer) because newborns do not have strong immune system, they are at risk for infection.
Ensure that everyone who handles your baby also practise good hygiene.

Carry your baby upright or lay your baby down with head cradled and supported.
