How can we create play spaces where every child feels welcome and included?

Last Thursday, and our partner Stuck joined Playpoint's “Designing Play for Every Child” evening forum, bringing together developers, landscape architects and planners who shape Singapore’s public play spaces.

We shared how Enabling Village is designed with disability inclusion in mind, creating a space where people of all abilities can come together, connect and participate, while STUCK Design shared insights from the Design Playbook for Inclusive Spaces, highlighting how thoughtful design can inspire more inclusive play environments and public spaces.

Let's create spaces where inclusion is not an afterthought, but a consideration from the very beginning of the design process. Because every child deserves the chance to play, explore and belong. 💛

Can we create a future where everyone belongs?

That’s the message of A Living Promise, the wire sculpture created for the Enabling Village’s 10th Anniversary to celebrate the opening of its newest extension, Vista.

A Living Promise is the creation of award-winning sculptor, Victor Tan, who is visually challenged and renowned globally for his intricate wire sculptures.

Watch to discover Victor’s inspiration behind the sculpture as well as his hopes for the Enabling Village and a more inclusive Singapore.
