Pregnancy can bring so many changes to the body and mind, and every week can feel a little different. As an expecting mum myself, I understand how important it is to move in a way that feels gentle, supported and reassuring.

Bloom Circle Prenatal Yoga offers a cosy space for mums-to-be to slow down, breathe, stretch and stay connected with their changing bodies. With a small class size, there is more room for personal guidance, modifications and rest whenever needed.

Years ago, I stepped onto the mat simply to improve my flexibility and wellbeing.

Over time, yoga became part of every stage of my life—from personal practice, to prenatal yoga during pregnancy, and now becoming a certified 200-hour yoga teacher.

This milestone reminds me that learning never truly ends. I’m excited to continue growing, creating meaningful experiences, and sharing yoga with adults, children and families.
