Izšel je nov članek Maše Žvelc z naslovom Psychotherapy Beyond Words v novi številki International Journal of Integrative Psychotherapy. Članek temelji na njenem plenar¬nem predavanju na 12. konferenci IIPA in raziskuje, kako ima terapevtovo stanje bivanja, onkraj tehnik in besed, ključno vlogo v terapevtskem procesu. Poudarek je na telesnih in fizioloških dimenzijah psihoterapije, še posebej na fiziološkem uglaševanju in utelešeni prisotnosti terapevta. Zaključni del članka se ozira k širšim relacijskim poljem, ki podpirajo zdravljenje onkraj besed, in črpa navdih iz maorskih pogledov na povezanost, naravo in prednike.

A new article by Maša Žvelc, Psychotherapy Beyond Words, has just been published in the International Journal of Integrative Psychotherapy. Based on her keynote at the 12th IIPA Conference, the article explores how the therapist’s state of being – beyond techniques and words – plays a central role in the therapeutic process. It highlights the bodily and physiological dimensions of psychotherapy, especially attunement and the therapist’s embodied presence. In the final section, it reflects on broader relational fields that support healing beyond words, drawing inspiration from Māori perspectives on interconnectedness, nature, and ancestry.
