This course explores lumbar spine pain through the lens of movement and tissue loading, focusing on how motor control, joint translation, and biomechanical stress contribute to persistent symptoms. Participants will gain insight into the role of the central nervous system in shaping movement patterns and how altered control—ranging from too little to too much—can influence tissue overload.
Key topics include:
• assessment of movement pattern deficits
• identification of lumbar instability
• use of movement as a clinical reasoning tool
Emphasis will be placed on individualized sub-classification and practical strategies to improve treatment efficiency and patient outcomes.
