It's is sunnah to;
Perform Khusl (ritual bathing)
Dress neatly
Put on perfume (men)
Go early to the moque
Read şura Kahf
Pray 4 rakat at masjid or 2 at home (after juma)
Send plenty salawaat to the Prophet (SAW)
Make plenty Dua at sunset.

NOTE:Keep silent during the sermon

May Allaah accept our worship.

INSECURITY
Let's try as much as possible to avoid the feeling of insecurity in our marriages, for the more you start doubting whether you are worth your partner's love the more you see every opposite gender around your spouse as a threat.

By doing so, we always make a mountain out of a mole, which in turn brings alot of hurdles to our homes and sometimes even lead to Divorce.
