The time during the pandemic was mainly used by Steffi and Teddy to stay in professional contact with the rest of the team of SERTA, especially with our partner farmers who continued to grow and care for the moringa trees on an organic/Bio basis.
As the pandemic situation gets better, Teddy and Steffi who are presently stating in Berlin decided to continue active work with their SERTA team in Freetown, Sierra Leone. They observed that the best way to continue working with the Moringa plant was to import the dried moringa seeds which can be used as nutritious food supplement and cosmetics in Berlin and even in other areas.
This was a new challenge for Teddy and Steffi which they saw as a chance of creating funds for the workers of the Moringa project in Freetown and also to continue the good work of SERTA. This led to the establisnment of an Enterprise for the Import of Moringa Seeds to Berlin.
