⚜️ Maxilla: palatal approach with simultaneous augmentation

راجعتنا الطفلة سارة عمرها ٨سنوات بعد حادثة سقوط نتيجة مشاغبة أدى إلى كسر في الثنايا العلوية وضياع القطع المكسورة وعند الفحص السريري والشعاعي لايوجد إنكشاف في العصب والجذور غير مكتملة راقبنا الحالة أسبوعين مع تعليمات عدم قطع الطعام على الثنايا تم إجراء ترميم الثنايا صنف رابع بحلسة واحدة وكانت الطفلة سارة سعيدة جداً لعودة جمال الأسنان والتخلص من تنمر الأطفال المشاغبين عليها
