حالة جديدة لمريض لديه فقد لكامل الأنف بسبب استئصال ورمي سابق .
بعد دراسة الحالة و بشكل رقمي ثلاثي الأبعاد و مع المحاكاة ,
تمّ تصميم صفيحة ثلاثية الأبعاد مُعدّة خصّيصاً للمريض من معدن التيتانيوم و تحمل ثلاث حلقات مغنطيسية .
تم تثبيت هذه الصفيحة ببراغي من التيتانيوم على عظام الوجه بعمل جراحي ، هذه الصفيحة مهيّأة مسبقاً بحسب الدراسة لاستقبال تعويض سيليكوني متحرك تجميلي للأنف يكون محمولاً على قاعدة معدنية أيضاً مقابلة للسابقة و حاملة أيضاً لثلاث قطع مغنطيسية في مقابل القطع السابقة .

After 3d study and stimulation, a design of a custom made individual plate with magnetic built in discs had been performed and 3d printed from titanium, and surgically fixed and screwed on facial bones, which will deliver a removable silicone nose protease based on and fixed with another metallic plate with magnetic discs opposite to the previous magnets.
