She had a history of allergic rhinitis and recurrent sinusitis and no to***co, alcohol, or drug use.

She had received similar filler and incobotoxulinumtoxin A injections without any dermal nodules from different aestheticians on multiple occasions prior to initiating compounded tirzepatide.

🔰 ثورة مايو 2026 : عندما توقّفت النساء عن مطاردة "أكياس" وهمية.☠️

🔰 لأكثر من ثلاثين عاماً ، عاشت ملايين النساء تحت وطأة تشخيص طبّي يحمل اسم " متلازمة المبيض متعدّد الكيسات (PCOS) " ، و ظللن يبحثن في شاشات السونار عن أكياس وهمية.

🔰 لكن في مايو 2026 ، نشرت مجلة The Lancet الطبّية بياناً تاريخياً ألغى هذا الاسم القديم تماماً ، و استبدله باسم يعكس الحقيقة بدقّة : "متلازمة المبيض الأيضية متعدّدة الغدد الصمّاء (PMOS)".

🔵 لماذا كان الاسم القديم يعتبر كذبة علمية ؟

🔹لا توجد أكياس حقيقية : ما يظهر في الأشعة ليس أكياساً مرصودة ، بل بويضات صغيرة لم تكتمل و توقّفت عن النمو.
🔹التشخيص بلا تكيّس : يمكن تشخيص المتلازمة لدى آلاف النساء دون وجود أي تكيّسات ظاهرة بالسونار.

🔵تفكيك شيفرة الاسم الجديد (PMOS) :

🔹متعدّدة الغدد الصمّاء : تؤكّد أنَّ الخلل يبدأ من شبكة الهرمونات كاملة (كالأنسولين و الأندروجينات الذكرية)، وليس من المبيض.

الجلد مرآة الجسم و مؤشر لصحّته
لطالما جادلت أن علاج العد الشائع ( حب الشباب) ليس سطحياً فقط.
و هذه إحدى الجوانب لعلاجه

A study published in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology explored the efficacy and safety of oral spironolactone for women with acne.

Overall, five randomized controlled trials consisting of 563 patients were included in the analysis. Acne severity was classified as either mild to severe, moderate to severe, severe, or not reported. The doses ranged from 25 mg to 200 mg daily.

The analysis showed a sixfold greater improvement in acne in the spironolactone group versus the placebo group (odds ratio, 6.59).

Among patients receiving spironolactone compared with those receiving placebo, nonsignificant adverse events included breast enlargement in 14.9% and 11.3% and menstrual irregularities in 18.1% and 20.4% of the groups, respectively.

Authors compare the efficacy of botulinum toxin A (BoNT-A) injection, triamcinolone acetonide injection, topical combination of vitamin D/steroid and placebo in improving nail psoriasis.

Evaluation of 64 psoriatic fingernails showed a 40% reduction in the total target NAPSI score at 24 weeks following BoNT-A injection. It also significantly improved nail bed lesions more than TA injection and topical VitD/steroid, with no reported serious adverse effects.
