This week we delve into Boundaries and Self-Respect. The idea of boundaries or the lack there of is put into focus and we try to understand what we need to recognise and a boundary and perhaps what is not.

One of our group members has said "Boundaries exist in three directions: those we set for ourselves, those we set for others, and those others set for us.
We easily forget the third facet, that other people create boundaries to protect their relationship with us. Instead, we mistakenly view boundaries as a one-way street meant only to protect ourselves".
Join us this week on our lesson and feel free to comment what you think boundaries are, what they mean to you or the relevance of them in your life.

Romans 5:5 - “And hope does not put us to shame, because Gods love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us”.

We are reminded the nature of Gods love and how it gives us the ability to always hope. Cling onto Gods love. Cling onto hope.
